The Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) is a voluntary humanitarian organization to protect human life and health based in India. The society's mission is providing relief in times of disasters/emergencies and promoting health and care of vulnerable people and communities. It is a leading member of the largest independent humanitarian organization in the world, the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement The IRCS has 35 State / Union Territories Branches with their more than 700 districts and sub district branches. Indian Red Cross Society,District Branch Indore is one among them effective since year 1980. Indian Red Cross Society,District Branch Indore head office(situated at M.O.G. line) has been inaugurate by former collector Mr.M. Gopal Reddy. This office has been shifted to Collectorate Campus,Moti tabela ,Indore dated on 1 Nov 2014.
